Your help center can now answer questions in plain language. Ask AI turns your Knowledge Base into a conversational assistant, so visitors get direct answers instead of digging through articles.
It pulls from your existing KB content, so there's nothing new to maintain. Answers are grounded in your articles, with links back to the source so users can keep reading if they want the full context.
Available across your KB pages and the in-app widget. Works with localized content, so your Spanish visitors get Spanish answers and your French visitors get French ones.
UserGuiding now connects to Slack as a proper app, with per-channel notification routing. Send guide alerts to one channel, survey responses to another and KB feedback to a third. No more single-firehose webhooks.
Setup takes a minute: install the app, pick the events you care about, and route each one to the right channel. Works with all the notification types we already supported (Digest, Activity, Custom Alerts), but now scoped per channel instead of per workspace.
Important: The legacy webhook integration is being retired on May 25. If you're using it, switch to the new Slack app before then to keep notifications flowing.
Make changes to a guide without pushing everything live. Selective Publish lets you choose which steps, branches, or modifications to ship, while keeping the rest in draft.
Useful when you're iterating on one part of a flow but don't want unfinished work going to production. Edit freely, test locally, and publish only what's ready. The rest stays in your drafts until you say so.
Banners now support full localization, so you can run the same campaign across regions without spinning up duplicates. Write your banner once, add translations for each language you support, and UserGuiding will serve the right version based on the visitor's locale.
Works with all banner types and pairs with AI Auto Translate if you want a head start on translations.
Highlight important info inside KB articles with callout blocks. Use them for warnings, tips, notes, or anything you want readers to actually notice instead of skim past.
Five styles available (Info, Tip, Warning, Important, Note), each with its own color. Drop them into any article from the editor toolbar.
